Can’t haul your desktop across town? Don’t want to? Totally fair. We make house calls for repairs, setup, training, and general “help, I don’t know what happened” situations.

What We Can Do On-Site

• Computer repair — Same diagnostics and fixes, just at your place
• New computer setup — Unbox it, set it up, move your files over, show you around
• Network & Wi-Fi setup — Get your home or office connected and staying connected
• Printer installation — We’ll make it work. (Yes, even that printer)
• One-on-one training — Learn your computer, phone, or tablet at your own pace
• Smart home help — Thermostats, cameras, speakers — the stuff that’s supposed to be “easy”

Pricing

House calls are $99/hour with no trip charge for local visits in the North Newton area. We’ll give you a time estimate up front so there are no surprises.
